No matter how robust your TEM solution is, it must offer an easy way to extract the data and present it in a customized format. TrueVue not only has a series of standard reports, it also possesses the ability for the user to do real-time queries against the live database and create customized reports.  These customized reports can then be filtered further using a drop-down in the report header. Each of these reports can be exported outside of TrueVue for further manipulation of the data to accommodate our client's needs.
