SPECTRUM JOINS TELECOM EXPENSE MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (TEMIA)June 8, 2009 – The Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA) has announced that it is now five companies stronger. The organization welcomes five new companies to its membership and expects that its recent program expansion and the reduction in membership fees will help to continue to drive additional growth.
