Spectrum Launches New Brand

CINCINNATI, Ohio, April, 20 2006 - Spectrum Networks, Inc., a premier telecommunications and data management company based in Cincinnati, has adopted a new corporate name to reflect its dynamic growth and the range of solutions it now provides.

The new brand name is Spectrum, Inc. From the beginning, Spectrum created solutions that responded to a strong need in the business marketplace. It simplified telecommunications for its clients and delivered services and resources to provide businesses cost-saving solutions for their complex telecommunication needs. Spectrum focused on service, not sale of products. All along, Spectrum has been a strong advocate for businesses frustrated with the insufficient support they received from their telecommunications carriers.

Spectrum is a privately owned company founded by Troy J. McCracken in 1999. A year later, in 2000, he was joined by his brother, Trent M. McCracken. Standout basketball players in high school and college, the McCracken brothers bring a competitive drive to their business as well as a spirit of teamwork to create winning solutions. Troy McCracken is now President and CEO of Spectrum Inc. Trent McCracken is Chief Operations Officer of Spectrum Inc. Both are the sole co-owners of the company.

Because of the strategic partnerships the brothers have formed and continue to form,  Spectrum always has the right product or service to meet its clients' needs.  Spectrum is also preparing to release a software application called TrueVue.  This application, very unique to the industry, provides a comprehensive, secure web portal that gives our customers an enterprise view of wireline & wireless inventory, orders & order management, and order history. It allows viewing of reports such as monthly spending, usage allocation, trend analysis, and more.
