Employee Recognition Programs

 
Spectrum, Inc. has two Employee Recognition Programs .  They are the Employee of the Quarter & The Employee of the Year ("Kirk Award").  Both of these awards are solely nominated by co-workers and the executive management team may not make any nominations.

The following criteria is considered:
 
  • Exhibits commitment to service
  • A 212 performer
  • Sustained high level of productivity and consistent quality of work
  • Demonstrates high degree of initiative in job performance
  • Maintains, demonstrates and exhibits effective relationships with others
  • Makes outstanding contributions to Spectrum to fulfill its mission
