Client Services Manager - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

General Description

The Client Services Manager will lead the team of Client Services Representatives. The Manager supports and mentors the team in coordinating all aspects of client services including: coordination, forecasting, staffing, communication, reporting, quality measurement, data processing, floor operations, training, quality, verifications and carrier billing. The Manager will have 9 to 10 Representatives reporting to him/her and will be expected to recruit, retain and train additional Representatives as the organization’s future business needs dictate. His/her team will manage a portfolio of client accounts in varying sizes and industries. Operating efficiency, process improvements, and customer retention will be the key drivers of success for this position. The ideal candidate should possess solid supervisory skills and strong business acumen. Prior experience within the telecommunications industry is not required, but is recommended.

Skills & Requirements

. Bachelor’s degree in related field from a 4 year college with 4 to 6 years related experience
. 2 to 3 years management experience required (overseeing professional staff).
. Excellent time management and organizational skills
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Excellent coaching/leadership skills.
. Ability to present to high-level client contacts.
. Advanced understanding of the telecommunications industry (wireline and wireless services).
. Ability to positively adapt to rapid change
