Leadership Team

Troy J. McCracken

Chief Executive Officer

Troy founded Spectrum, Inc. to eliminate the frustration that customers experienced dealing with telecommunications carriers. Having a direct line of sight into the customer's perspective, Troy recognized that carriers did not support customers the way they needed or deserved to be supported. In bringing Spectrum's services to market, Troy simplified telecommunications for customers. Rather than focusing on sales, Troy introduced a services model in which the customer, quite literally, always wins.

Troy's telecom savvy was honed during his years with Cincinnati Bell and Cable & Wireless, where he consistently ranked among the top five sales people worldwide. Troy has translated his competitive spirit into his drive to be a champion for his customers. This winning philosophy may be traced to his leadership as a forward for the University of Dayton basketball team, where during his senior year the Flyers made it to a second-round NCAA appearance. Troy also earned a degree in marketing from the University of Dayton.

Troy lives with his wife Maria in Mason, where he still enjoys playing basketball with his six boys, and even finds time to coach his two oldest.
